We had the opportunity to visit one of our sister hotels and meet the marketing communications team at Novotel Manila Araneta Center. We made sure to leave Sofitel earlier to avoid traffic and get to Novotel in time for dinner.
After a few introductions upon arrival, we had a quick hotel tour and were able to see one of their biggest function rooms, the club floor, and the al fresco bar by the poolside. We took a few photos and a nice group picture as a souvenir of this visit. Then we went downstairs to explore what Food Exchange Manila has to offer.
At first, we thought that we were only going to try out their special offering, featuring Korean dishes and specialties from a visiting Korean chef. But the hosts, after showing us around and telling us about the different sections of the restaurant, generously offered us to try out anything we want from the buffet. Sharing with you a few photos taken during our visit.
My Takeaway: It’s always nice to exchange ideas and learn from people who understand what you do as a marketer and hotelier. Despite the challenges, they know how to enjoy work and celebrate with good food and good company.
