Luljetta’s Hanging Gardens and Spa in Antipolo

For a much needed break from work and away from the city, we decided to book a day trip to Luljetta’s Hanging Garden and Spa last year. It was a wonderful place and an amazing getaway experience that I wanted to share with everyone. This place is perfect for spending quality time with your special someone and also a good venue for groups and families. - hanging gardens 1

A Weekend Getaway at Antipolo’s Hanging Garden and Spa on Top of the Mountain

The spa is located inside Loreland Farm Resort so from the main gate, we had to walk for around 2-5 minutes (depends whether you’d like to take some photos on the way). We passed by nipa hut cottages, landscaped gardens, trees, plus the Verde Resraurant inside the resort. - hanging gardens 2

Aside from its relaxing ambiance, I loved the motivational quotes installed in certain places inside the spa, which you can see in the photos below. Being in this place makes you realize that it’s important to relax once in a while and value yourself a little bit more. - hanging gardens 3 - hanging gardens 4 - hanging gardens 5

Luljetta’s reception is located at the second floor with a Veranda that gives you this perfect view of Antipolo’s green canopy. It was a cozy place (also a café) where we had our lunch and merienda. There were couches everywhere where guests can wait for check-in/registration. - hanging gardens 6

After registration, we headed to the locker rooms and were provided with “Batik” bathrobes. We checked out the whole place first to take a few instagrammable photos. The package that we availed of had access to Jacuzzi, infinity pool, Dr. Fish, water acupuncture and the nipa hut lounges where you can take your much needed r&r. We didn’t have that much photo though as we had to keep our things away from the water ( I’ll try to bring a water-resistant camera next time). - hanging gardens 7 - hanging gardens 8 - hanging gardens 9 - hanging gardens 10 - hanging gardens 11

Of course, the experience would never be complete without a leisurely lunch. We had late lunch at Luljetta’s restaurant’s veranda with a relaxing view and ambiance. We went back after swimming for 3 hours to have our merienda/light dinner before heading back to Manila. We had Antipolo’s traditional suman with a twist (nuts and honey) paired with cold lemon grass tea for our afternoon/evening snack. - hanging gardens 12 - hanging gardens 13 - hanging gardens 14

I almost didn’t want to get off the pool but our time was up and we had to leave the place before sundown. But at least, I had a few good minutes of just staring at this view, and a decent shot as a memoir of this trip. - hanging gardens 15
